The line-type material packaging machine is a kind of equipment
specially used to automatically pack line-type materials into bags.
It is usually used in industrial production, which can efficiently
complete the packaging task of line-shaped materials, improve
production efficiency and reduce manual operations.
The working principle of the line-type material packaging machine
usually includes the following steps:
Leading line: Putting the defined line material into the elevator
and leading it into the working area of the packaging machine. The
packaging machine positions the line material in the proper
position for packaging. Line-type materials can be in the shape of
wires, ropes, pipes, etc.
Opening Bags: The wrapper automatically opens a bag in preparation
for receiving linear material. Bags can be pre-made, or
automatically generated by roll film bag making.
Packaging: Line materials are automatically filled into bags. The
line-shaped material is put into the bag by the mechanical filling
device.
Sealing: The packaging machine will seal the bag to ensure that the
line material is safely sealed in the bag. The sealing method
generally adopts heat sealing
Output: The packaged bags will be discharged from the outlet of the
packaging machine, and can be further marked, stacked, or
transported.
The linear material packaging machine has the characteristics of
automation, high efficiency, and accuracy, and can adapt to linear
materials of different sizes and shapes. It is widely used in wire
