Multifunctional Powder Liquid Granule Ice Packing Equipment
Ice cube pre-made bag packaging machine is a device used to
automatically package ice cubes. It can automatically pack ice
cubes into pre-made bags and seal them, thereby improving packaging
efficiency and product quality.
Ice cube pre-made bag packaging machines usually consist of the
following parts:
Feeding system: used to feed ice cubes to the packaging machine.
The feeding system can use conveyor belts, vibrating plates or
other devices to deliver ice cubes into the packaging area at
certain intervals.
Packaging area: The ice cubes are fed into the packaging area where
the packaging operation takes place. This area usually includes a
filling device for placing ice cubes into pre-made bags, and a
sealing device for sealing the bags.
Control system: used to control the operation of the packaging
machine and the coordination of various components. The control
system can use computer control or PLC (programmable logic
controller) control to ensure the accuracy and stability of the
packaging process.
Conveying system: used to move packaged ice cubes out of the
packaging machine. The conveyor system can use conveyor belts,
rollers or other devices to deliver the packaged ice cubes to the
next process or packaging area.
The work flow of the ice cube pre-made bag packaging machine is
usually as follows:
Ice cube feeding: Ice cubes are supplied to the packaging machine
through the feeding system and enter the packaging area.
Ice filling: In the packaging area, ice is filled into pre-made
bags. The filling device usually uses a robot arm, vacuum suction
cup or other device to accurately place the ice cubes into the bag.
Bag Sealing: The bag filled with ice cubes enters the sealing
device and the bag is heated or pressure is applied to achieve a
seal. This ensures that the ice cubes inside the bag will not spill
or become contaminated by the outside world.
Ice cube discharging: The sealed bags are moved out of the
packaging machine through the conveyor system and enter the next
process or packaging area.
