The fully automatic multi-function pillow packaging machine adopts
the ordinary electric furnace wire heating method, which is
characterized by a relatively fast temperature rise, which can
achieve rapid packaging of products, and the mechanical equipment
has good stability. Because the equipment is mature and functional,
there is basically no damage. Equipment maintenance costs are low.
The products of the multi-function pillow packaging machine all
have a drum rotation device, and the machine can continuously
package for a long time. It has better mechanical performance and
better packaging effect than before, such as the packaging of
biscuits, the packaging of bread and cakes, and the packaging of
candy.
Pillow packaging machine products are assembled into six parts:
1. The touch panel, the operation panel is concise and clear, easy
to understand, using brand electronic originals, very durable.
2. The feeding tailstock adopts 304 stainless steel workbench,
which meets the safety requirements of food packaging.
3. The servo film conveying structure belongs to the external roll
film structure, which is suitable for the POF heat shrinkable roll
film material, and the roll film is smooth and easy to change the
film.
4. The movable bag maker can adjust the size of the packaging bag
without changing accessories. The operation is simple and the bag
forming effect is good.
5. The end sealing cutter and the cutter seat cutter are made of
high-hardness alloy material, which is not deformed, has fast heat
transfer, and has a long service life.
6. The heat shrinkable furnace uses only constant temperature. The
material is transported to the heat shrinkable furnace, and the
balanced temperature shrinks the packaging film into a model.
