The rotary pre-made bag washing powder packaging machine utilizes a
rotary multi-station design. It uses pre-made bags and
automatically completes a series of operations, including bag
removal, bag opening, quantitative filling, venting, sealing, and
discharge, achieving high-speed packaging of washing powder.
Pre-made bags: Bags are pre-printed and pre-formed finished bags,
unlike vertical packaging machines that use roll film for on-site
bag production.
Rotation: The machine's main actuator is a turntable that rotates
continuously or intermittently, surrounded by multiple stations
that perform different operations simultaneously, greatly improving
production efficiency.
1. Workflow (Example: 8-Station)
The turntable pauses after each rotation (e.g., 45°) to complete
the operation of one station before continuing to the next. The
entire process is parallel and continuous, ensuring extremely high
efficiency.
Station 1 (Bag Loading): The bag gripper is in the bag removal
position, and the bag removal mechanism clamps a new bag onto the
gripper.
Station 2 (Bag Opening): The device securely opens the bag opening.
Station 3 (Bag Inspection): Checks whether the bag opening is fully
open. If not, the machine may reject the bag or trigger an alarm at
this station.
Station 4 (Filling): The screw filling head descends to the bag
opening and metered amounts of detergent are added.
Station 5 (Venting): The bag is vibrated or squeezed to remove air.
Station 6 (Sealing): The heat sealer seals the bag opening.
Station 7 (Cooling/Shaping): The seal area is cooled.
Station 8 (Unloading): The bag gripper releases, and the finished
bag falls onto the output conveyor. The turntable returns to
Station 1 empty, starting the next cycle.
