Chili powder packaging machine is a device specially used to
automatically pack chili powder into packaging bags or containers
of predetermined specifications. It is widely used in food
processing, seasoning production and other industries.
1. Main types
Vertical packaging machine: suitable for small bag packaging (such
as 5g-1kg), using roll film to automatically make bags, fill and
seal, suitable for powdered materials.
Bag-feeding packaging machine: prefabricated packaging bags
automatically open bags, fill and seal, high efficiency, suitable
for a variety of bag types (such as self-supporting bags, zipper
bags).
Quantitative packaging machine: high-precision quantitative
measurement is achieved through screw metering or weighing system
(such as electronic scale), suitable for large packaging
(1kg-25kg).
2. Core functional features
Dust-proof design: sealed filling system to prevent chili powder
from flying (dust control).
Measuring accuracy: screw metering (suitable for fine powder) or
dynamic weighing (accuracy ±0.5%-1%).
Material safety: The contact part is 304 stainless steel, which
meets food grade standards.
Automation degree: It can be matched with a coding machine, a
weight detector, and an assembly line to achieve fully automated
production
3. Use and maintenance
Cleaning: Disassemble the screw/hopper regularly to avoid
agglomeration or cross contamination of the chili powder.
Debugging: The metering parameters need to be recalibrated when
changing the packaging specifications.
Common problems:
Dust leakage → Check the sealing strip or dust collection device.
Poor sealing → Adjust the temperature or pressure parameters.
