Candy canning machine and labeling machine is the key equipment in
the candy packaging production line, respectively, responsible for
quantitative filling and labeling.
一. Candy canning machine
1. Function type
Weighing filling: for irregular shaped candies (such as soft candy,
chocolate beans), the weight accuracy (within ±1%) is controlled by
sensors.
Volumetric filling: for uniform particles (e.g. hard candy), dosing
by screw or measuring cup, speed up to 200 cans/min.
Vacuum-assisted filling: for fragile candies (e.g. wafers),
reducing the risk of breakage.
2. Key parameters
Speed: 50-300 jars/min (depending on jar size and type of candy).
Accuracy: weighing type usually ±0.5g, volumetric type ±1%.
Material: food grade stainless steel (e.g. 304SS), contact parts
may be PTFE anti-stick.
3. Selection Note
Compatibility: need to match the tank height (adjustable range
usually 50-200mm) and caliber.
Special requirements: such as chocolate need to be equipped with
temperature control system (30-45 ℃ constant temperature).

1. Labeling type adaptation
Self-adhesive labeling machine: mainstream choice for PET
cans/bottles, accuracy ± 0.5mm.
Sleeve labeling machine: for shrink film labels (such as candy gift
boxes), need hot air channel shrinkage.
Hot melt adhesive labeling: for paper packaging (e.g. boxed candy),
requires adhesive roller temperature control.
2. Core technology
Positioning system: photoelectric sensor detects the position of
the can, servo motor controls the timing of label peeling.
Attachment method: Rolling type (flat labeling) or blowing type
(for shaped cans).
3. Speed and precision
Standard model: 100-400 pieces/min, high speed line up to 600
pieces/min (such as rotary labeling head).
Repeatability: ±0.3mm (high precision model).
三.common problems to solve
Inaccurate canning: check whether the vibration feeding mechanism
is blocked or whether the load cell needs to be calibrated.
Label wrinkling: Adjust the angle of labeling pressure roller
(usually 15-30 ° is appropriate), or reduce the speed of the
conveyor belt.
Equipment jamming: shaped candy (such as lollipop) need to
customize the guide groove to avoid getting stuck in the filling
mouth.
